Add Proxy Servers

During installation, you can set up a proxy server for use by integrated components. Proxies are required to access CA AppLogic grids that reside on public IP networks and EC2 AMIs (Amazon Machine Images). You can add multiple proxy servers using the Administration tab.

Follow these steps:

  1. View the Administration tab, and select Proxy Servers from the Configuration menu.

    The Proxy Servers page opens showing the currently configured proxies.

  2. Click + (Add) in the Proxy Servers toolbar.

    The Proxy Server Configuration panel opens.

  3. Enter the server connection parameters and credentials and click OK.

    The server is added to the list of available proxies for use by integrated components.
