User Table

Use the User table to retrieve information about the user accounts that have been created on the system.

Class: userEntry

Instance: value of userLoginID attribute for the specific user

Each row in this table represents a user account and contains columns that represent the following:

• Login name (userLoginID)
• Password (userPasswd)
• User ID (userUID)
• Group ID (userGID)
• User name (userName)
• User home directory (userHomeDir)
• Login shell (userShell)

Note: Depending on your local security policies, you may want to disable support for this table. For more information about disabling this support, see the chapter “Agent Configuration.”
