Group Table

Use the Group table to retrieve information about the user groups that have been created on the host system.

Class: groupEntry

Instance: value of groupName attribute for the specific group

Each row in the table represents a group defined in the /etc/group file and includes the following information for each group:

• Group name (groupName)
• Group password (groupPasswd)
• Group ID (groupGID)

Note: Depending on your local security policies, you may want to disable support for this table. For more information, see the chapter “Agent Configuration.”
