AIX Logical Partition Group

The AIX Logical Partition group lets you monitor information about individual logical partitions (LPARs) on an AIX system.

Class: logicalPartition

LPARs run as if they are independent systems, and you can divide resources between partitions. The AIX Logical Partition group lets you monitor the following types of statistics for each logical partition on an AIX system:

• Physical and logical CPU usage
• Memory usage
• Context switches
• LPAR type and mode
