Some Users Missing after Bulk Load
Symptom:
After Bulk Load, a few users are missing from the Provisioning Directory even though they exist in the Identity Management User Store.
Solution:
- Create a policy on Modify User task completion. The add action is adding the user to a provisioning role. The add action is adding the user to a provisioning role. The default role is Empty Provisioning Role.
- Make sure that the CSV file contains the password/confirmed password for each user. If the attributes are not given, you can change some user attributes.
- Upload the original CSV file.
On the second page, select the Modify User task for the action and the Create User task for the non-existent object.
- Click Finish.
