Common Provisioning Errors
The following provisioning errors may appear.
Cannot Provision to Salesforce
Symptom
When provisioning to Salesforce, the following message appears:
Error: Salesforce CRM Content User is not allowed for this License Type
Solution
Do the following:
- Login to Salesforce.
- Navigate to the user setup menu.
- In the quick find section, type CRM.
- In the search results, click the Settings link, and then clear the Enable Salesforce CRM Content option.
