The subcommand <subc> is only valid when all of the following steps are followed.

  1. You enter the CAPLIST or CAPMAINT primary command.
  2. You enter a S<elect> line command on the CAPLIST or CAPMAINT screen to display the contents of the select capture data set with the CAPEVENT command.
  3. You enter a S<elect> line command on the CAPEVENT display for a Type CMD row to display the capture command data.
  4. The capture navigation subcommands are now valid.

If you have followed the above steps and then return to the CAPEVENT screen and enter a new CAPEVENT command in the primary command input field, specifying the name of a capture data set as a parameter you will no longer be able to use the capture navigation subcommands after selecting one of the CAPEVENT commands to display.

CAPT124W <subc> not valid for a capture created with the CAPIMMED command

The subcommand <subc> is not valid for a capture data set that was created with the CAPIMMED command. It is only valid for scheduled captures created under the CAPTURE task in the CA SYSVIEW user address space.

CAPT125I <subc> complete

The subcommand <subc> was successful. This message will be followed in the activity log with messages CAPT126, CAPT127, CAPT128, and CAPT129 which contain the command name, screen name, screen title, capture data set name, capture index data set name, system name, and member name.

This message follows CAPT125 or CAPT130. It contains the command name, the screen name, and the title that could not be found in a capture data set.

CAPT127I CapDsn <dsname>

This message follows CAPT125 or CAPT130. It contains the name of the capture data set that was processed.

CAPT128I IdxDsn <idxdsn>

This message follows CAPT125 or CAPT130. It contains the name of the capture index data set that was processed.

CAPT129I System <sysname> Member <mbrname> Origin <orgcmd>

This message follows CAPT125 or CAPT130. It contains the system name and member name that was processed and the origin command name (CAPLIST or CAPMAINT).

CAPT130E <subc> failed, no match found in capture data set

A capture navigation subcommand <subc> was entered on a captured data display and a valid capture data set was located but no matching command, screen, and title entry was found in the table of contents of the capture data set. This message will be followed in the activity log with messages CAPT126, CAPT127, CAPT128, and CAPT128 which contain the command name, screen name, screen title, capture data set name, capture index data set name, system name, and member name.

CAPT131I Already at <first/last> match found in original <orgcmd> data

A capture navigation subcommand was entered on a captured data display but you are already displaying the first or last matching capture data as found in the original data displayed by the <orgcmd> command.

CAPT132I Build index starting

The build in-storage index process is starting. This message will be followed in the activity log by additional messages that list the parameters used in the process.

CAPT133I Options <opts>

This message contains the options in effect during the build index process.

The build in-storage index process is complete.

This message is logged after the completion of the build index process. It includes the following variables:

<rec> - The total number of the origin command data records that were processed.

[assign the value for mat in your book] - The number of records matched out of the total number of records that were processed.

<cur> - The current record number selected for display out of the number of matching records.

CAPT136E <subc> failed, required entry not found

The subcommand <subc> was entered on a captured data display and the required original or last known good capture index data set name, capture data set name, system name and member name could not be found. This error should not occur. Contact CA Technical Support.
