The RESTART command was rejected because the automatic restart manager is not currently enabled for restarts.

PXAR003E RESTART rejected, element <elmnt> restart limit reached

The RESTART command was rejected for the named element because the elements restart limit has been reached. The element may be restartable after the restart limit has expired. Wait and try again.

PXPT001E <lincmd> line command invalid - no remote system name available

The line command issued requires a remote system name and none was available.
