CONS - CONSOLE command

CONS001E No usable console available

The search for a suitable default console has failed because no usable console can be found. To be usable, a console must be active on the current system, be in full-capability mode, and be a 3270-type device.

CONS002E Invalid console - <conid>

The console <conid> is not valid; it must be one or two decimal digits, the keyword MASTER, or a valid console name. Issue the command again with a valid console identifier.

CONS003E Console <conid> not found

The console <conid> cannot be found. Use the LISTCONS command to display the status of all defined consoles.

CONS004E Console <conid> is not active

The console <conid> is not active. To be usable, a console must be active, in full-capability mode, and be a 3270-type device.

CONS005E Console <conid> is not full-capability

The console <conid> is not in full-capability mode. To be usable, a console must be active, in full-capability mode, and be a 3270-type device.

CONS006E Console <conid> unit type <unittype> unsupported

The unit type <unitype> of the console <conid> is not supported. To be usable, a console must be active, in full-capability mode, and be a 3270-type device.

CONS007E Console <name> is not active on this system

The requested console is active on another system in the sysplex. Only consoles active on the system you are on can be displayed.

CONS009E Console <consid> is in the process of being closed

Console <consid> is currently being closed and is not available for selection. Use the LISTCONS command to determine the console available for selection.
