Control the Shared System Images

During initialization, the region loads the defined shared system images that have an ACTIVE status and to which the local system has affinity.

During operation, you can load and unload shared system images:

• Load an inactive shared system image by changing its status to ACTIVE.
• Unload an active shared system image by changing its status to INACTIVE.

To change the status of shared system images

1. Enter /RADMIN.I.SHR from any panel.

   The defined shared system images are listed.

2. Enter U beside the definitions of the images for which you want to change status, update the Image Status fields, and press F3 (File).

   The images are loaded or unloaded according to the changed statuses.
