If you do not have the the required version of the JVM installed on Red Hat, attempting to uninstall SOA Security Manager components will fail.
Workaround
Ensure that the proper version of the JRE (a minimum of 1.5.0) is installed on the system.
After installing the correct JRE, edit the soa_home/install_config_info/soa-uninstall/ uninstall.lax file, updating the key lax.nl.current.vm entry so that it contains the correct java path.
Is the installed location of SOA Security Manager.
For example:
lax.nl.current.vm=/opt/java-1.5.0_10/bin/java
