Name/Token services failed to create a Name/Token pair for CA SMF Director. The Name Token Services call is being made at the PRIMARY Level (i.e. Primary Address Space) and is not persistent.
Action:
Consult your systems programmer. Indicate that Name/Token Services failed for CA SMF Director.
