Reason:
A RDJFCB call failed. The first variable in the message is the ddname of the file for which the call failed; the second value is the return code from RDJFCB.
Action:
Ensure the ddname indicated in the message is allocated. If it is or if the dynamic allocation is used, examine any messages from IBM regarding the ddname. Correct any errors and retry the job.
