SERVICE DESK PASSWORD TOO LONG

Reason:

On the OPTIONS statement check the following:

• That the SDPASSWORD parameter is shorter than 64 characters.
• That the SDPASSWORD parameter right parenthesis is present.

Action:

Reset the value of SDPASSWORD as defined in the OPTIONS statement documentation in the User Guide. Once that is done, resubmit the batch job.
