SERVICE DESK USER ID TOO LONG

Reason:

On the OPTIONS statement, check the following:

• That the SDUSERID parameter is shorter than 64 characters.
• That the SDUSERID parameter right parenthesis is present.

Action:

Reset the value of SDUSERID as defined in the OPTIONS statement documentation in the User Guide. Once that is done, resubmit the batch job.
