Upgrade from Version 3.2

Eurekify Sage v.3.2 is different from the current release of CA RCM:

• New architecture—CA RCM is implemented in a client/server architecture, using either JBoss or WebSphere application servers.
• New campaign workflow—Campaigns are supported with Workpoint ticket-based process management.
• New databases—In addition to the configuration database, additional databases are created to support the ticket-based campaign workflow and other new functionality.
