Unlike the pattern-based auditing options in the previous section, the Policy Compliance module enables system administrators, business managers, and auditors to formulate sets of business constraints and segregation of duty principles using Business Process Rules (BPR). These rules are formulated independently of a specific configuration and can then be applied to different configurations. Thus, the Policy Compliance module augments the Pattern-Based Auditing capabilities with a new and powerful compliance verification and documentation tool.
The BPR Compliance module is accessed from the Audit menu option on the menu bar.
