Main Parent Ticket General Functions (Role Definition)

The Role Definition Main Parent ticket provides the following General functionality:

Close

Closes the ticket.

Save

Saves the changes made to the ticket.

Delegate

Transfers the ticket tree to another manager.

Escalate

Transfers the ticket tree to another manager.

Cancel Process

Allows you to manually stop the Approval Process, at any stage.
