Other CA RCM Development Tools

The following CA RCM development tools are also available to administrators:

• Log Files—The Transaction log and other CA RCM logs record server and portal status, and user actions. A table summarizing transaction log entries is located with other developer tools in the Developer Resource folder of the CA-RCM-rel#-Lanaguage-Files.zip CA RCM installation package file.
• Report Database—CA RCM can extract data to an external database for use by third-party applications. You can configure the data that is extracted, and schedule when the data is extracted.
