The following web services are available with CA RCM:
Reads users, roles, resources, and queries from CA RCM. This service also supports link attributes.
Provides create, update, and delete operations on users, roles, and resources within CA RCM. This service also supports link attributes.
Provides create, review, update, delete, and logical operations on tickets within CA RCM.
Tests Out of Compliance privileges in 'what-if' scenarios, using BPR definitions.
Tests Out of Pattern privileges.
Suggests additional roles and privileges using pattern-based audit.
Provides web services to Workpoint processes. Any web service called from a WorkPoint process must implement this interface.
Performs all read and write operations on certification campaigns. This includes campaign lifecycle operations, queries on certification tasks, and actions on certification tasks.
Exposes the mapping fields between CA Identity Manager and CA RCM for users and roles.
