Local Login with SSO

When you implement SSO, a CA SiteMinder Web Agent intercepts and authenticates user requests for the default login page of the CA RCM server. This page has the following URL:

http://hostname:8080/eurekify/portal/login

Note: hostname is the IP address or hostname of the CA RCM server.

Authenticated users do not have to log in when they browse to this page.

In some cases, you want to log in locally on the CA RCM server using a different user account. To log in directly to the CA RCM portal, browse to the following URL: 

http://hostname:8080/eurekify/portal/loginForm

The CA RCM server ignores CA SiteMinder authentication for this page and requires local login.

Note: CA SiteMinder intercepts and authenticates requests for this page. Browse to this page with a user account recognized by CA SiteMinder.
