Import Fails When CSV File Contains Quotes in Value

CA RCM can import and export user, resource, and other data using text files of comma separated values (CSV). In this release, import fails if a field in the CSV file contains a quote character. Typically this occurs with files that use unicode formatting.

Note: This issue only occurs when the quotes are within the value, and not quotes that surround the value.

Workaround

Replace the quotes in the source file with two dashes.
