Support for Writing New Rules Based on System Time

You can now write new rules by using the following elements of system information:

• DATE (YYYYMMDD)
• DAYOFMONTH (01-31)
• DAYOFWEEK (MONDAY-SUNDAY)
• MONTH (01-12)
• YEAR (YYYY)
• CURRENTTIME (HHMM)

All these values are in GMT.
