Creating a Database User

Create a user with the following criteria:

1. Create a user (recommended name is arcotuser) in the new database arcotdb.
2. Grant the following privileges to the user:
   • Object rights:
     • SELECT
     • INSERT
     • UPDATE
     • DELETE
     • EXECUTE
   • DDL rights:
     • CREATE
     • ALTER
     • CREATE ROUTINE
     • ALTER ROUTINE
     • DROP
   • Other rights:
     • GRANT OPTION
