Note: State Manager is required when Adapter is integrated with SAML-based Web portal, SiteMinder, or SSL VPN appliances (if the primary authentication mechanism is ArcotOTP on Browser). You do not need to perform the instructions in this section if you are integrating Adapter with IPSec VPN appliances.
