XFC Support

Extended File Cache (XFC) is available for OpenVMS beginning with version 7.3. XFC data is available in the following locations:

XFC data to the CPD database-New data cells are available in the CPD database to support XFC.
XFC Support in the Data Collector-New data is gathered by the Data Collector to support XFC.
XFC Support in the Performance Manager-XFC data is included in the Knowledge Base and Rules Compiler.
