The MSCS Node CPU Utilization view shows the nodes that have the highest CPU usage across the enterprise or on a specific device. This information can be used to identify which nodes are experiencing a slowdown. You can then investigate further to determine what is causing the degradation such as a SQL server incorrectly identifies how to use the buffer pool memory.
