The MSCS Network Interface States view shows the top network interfaces across the enterprise, and the percentage of time spent in various states, such as up, unknown, available, failed, and unreachable. This view is also available for a specific device. This information helps identify which nodes spend the most time in an undesirable state, such as excessive failover.
