For optimal user experience, do not view CA Performance Center pages while running Internet Explorer 8 in compatibility view mode. If Internet Explorer 8 Developer Tools are installed, press F12 on your keyboard to check for compatibility mode. If the main menu reads "Browser Mode: IE 8 Compatibility View," click this menu item and select Internet Explorer 8. This change affects only the current browser session. In some cases, a group policy can force the Internet Explorer 8 browser to operate in compatibility mode for internal websites. In these cases, we recommend that you use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
