Group Scorecard Views

Scorecard views display performance metrics by sub-group, for the selected group during the selected time frame. Scorecards are high-level indicators of whether measured resources are meeting service-level goals. These views incorporate red, orange, yellow, and green icons as visual indicators of performance based on the thresholds you set.

The items in a group determine the metrics that are available in the views. Drill down into an item to launch a group's context page, where you find the details that can help you understand the underlying cause of a particular metric value.

You can change several settings for each view on a dashboard. In addition to providing a new title, you can change settings that are related to severity ratings. To provide excellent performance in a large reporting environment, you can set an upper limit on the number of results that are returned. You can also select another group context for the data.

CA Performance Center provides the following scorecard views by default. You can edit an existing dashboard to add a scorecard view, or you can create a custom dashboard to contain scorecard views. The scorecard views also appear by default on the Group Context page and the Site Context page.
