Multiple options let you share dashboards and views with coworkers. You can export a dashboard to a static report in PDF format. You can set up schedules to send reports automatically on a regular basis.
You can also export individual views. Publish views on a web page, such as an intranet site. Or export data from a view to a file in CSV format. For all data-export options, certain user account role rights are required.
