The Top Least Available Network Devices view lets you quickly determine which network devices (routers or switches) have been down (powered off) during a selected time frame. By default, it shows the ten devices with the highest amount of downtime (the lowest availability).
Availability is a percentage of device uptime in a specific reporting period, such as 5 minutes. Uptime is defined as the amount of time the device is powered on and capable of processing data without considering whether it is reachable. A device that is up and capable of processing data can be unreachable because of a network or other communications failure by another device along its path.
The Top Least Available Network Devices view displays the average availability percentages for the devices with the lowest availability during the selected time period.

By default, the Top Least Available Network Devices view includes the following information:
Identifies the managed item that is associated with the performance data. If an administrator defined an alias for the device item, the alias is displayed. Otherwise, the discovered device name is displayed.
The average availability of the device, plotted as an average of the following values:
