User Status

The User Status panel shows information about the currently logged on CA OM Web Viewer users.

Note: If you are running several CA OM Web Viewer servers in a server balancing setup, you only see information about users on this particular CA OM Web Viewer server, not users on all the servers in a server farm.

You can instantly see the users who are currently online on this Web Viewer instance (user sessions are tiered at the web server level), and some basic information about their current access. Data listed includes IP addresses, the repositories they are accessing, when the last Repository access was granted, and the role that was being used.

Follow these steps:

  1. From the Web Statistics tab, click the User Status subtab.
  2. Review the attributes shown for currently logged on users:
    User ID

Web Viewer’s ID for that user

    Last Access Time

The last time the user accessed the Repository data.

    Last Repository Access

The last Repository the user accessed.

    IP Address

The IP address, and host name if available, of the user’s computer.

    User Role

The Role the user is currently using.
