Your users need access to the CA OM Web Viewer system.
Some need view access to reports that are specific to their job titles, others must perform advanced searches and will want to create subscriptions (groups of reports) for their teams. A different set of users may need to upload information to a repository. And, your database and report administrators might need extensive access and security permissions to manage the system and everyone who is using it.
CA Output Management Web Viewer uses Role objects to define and simplify these different access levels.
