Disable the CA EEM Authentication

If the users are unable to log in CA Open Space using the CA EEM authentication (this may happen because of incorrect or modified CA EEM server name) disable this authentication.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log int to the CA Open Space server.
  2. Open the portal-ext.properties file located in the OSOP folder of the CA Open Space installation directory.
  3. Add the <tenant-web-id>.eem.authentication.enabled.override flag to true and save the file. For example, tenantA.eem.authentication.enabled.override=true. This Web ID can be obtained from the Portal Instances page of the CA Open Space control panel.

The CA EEM authentication settings for that tenant are ignored by CA Open Space. The Enabled check box on CA Open Space tenant control panel may still be checked, but it does not affect the CA EEM authentication if the flag is set to true.
