This document is intended for tenant administrators and administrators of CA Open Space.

A tenant administrator is a person who administers the CA Open Space for their organization. An organization is a business entity that contracts with CA Technologies for CA Open Space services.

This document provides tenant administrators the concepts, processes, and procedures to do the following actions:

• Manage users and communities
• Create and manage data sources
• Enable the authentication type for the users
• Customization of logos

An administrator can refer to this document to perform all the above tasks and also to manage tenants.
