User Interface Migration Considerations

Before you upgrade to CA SDM Release 12.7, consider the following user interface migration information:

• Migration backs up forms automatically. If you used customized HTMPL forms in CA SDM r12.0, r12.1, or r12.5, you must customize them again after upgrading to CA SDM Release 12.7.
• After you upgrade, modify all customized HTMPL forms that contained notebook controls to include the new web macros and provide the appropriate tab group names. You modify <PDM_NOTEBOOK> statements to <PDM_MACRO name=startNotebook> and <PDM_TAB> statements to <PDM_MACRO name=TAB> in WSP.
