Work with Status Transitions and Dependent Attribute Controls
To work with status transitions and dependent attribute controls, do the following:
- On the Administration tab, configure the appropriate tenants, contacts, and roles for your environment.
- On the Service Desk node, specify a ticket type (Change Order, for example), and select Status.
The Status List page displays active status codes.
- Edit the appropriate status code (Acknowledged, for example) and use the controls available on the tabs at the bottom of the ticket's status detail page to do the following:
Note: You can configure unique transitions and dependent attribute controls for each ticket type.
