View Dashboards and Reports in InfoView

The administrator account can log on and view the reports in BusinessObjects InfoView. The folders and reports that users see in InfoView depend on the account they log on to and the rights granted to the account.

To verify the dashboards reports in InfoView

  1. Log in to CA SDM.
  2. From the Reports tab, click the InfoView button.

    InfoView appears in your web browser.

  3. On the InfoView toolbar, select Document List.

    Folders and objects appear in the navigation area.

  4. Select Public Folders, CA Reports, CA SDM Dashboards.

    The following folders appear: Change Order, Incident, Issue, Problem, Request, Configuration, and Knowledge.

  5. Select the appropriate report.

    The report appears in the right pane.

  6. Double-click the title to display a report.

    The report is open for viewing.
