Support Automation Page Adaptations

You can configure the appearance of Support Automation pages for your end users according to your business needs. The following adaptations let you control what the user sees before joining the assistance session and after the session completes:

• Customize the header and footer of all pages the end user sees.

  You can change the HTML code of the header and footer, and you can also modify the location of the CSS file that contains the style definitions.

• Customize the localization needs of your environment.

  You can set the default locale for all analysts and end users.

• Customize the page layouts that end users see when they log in and wait to join assistance sessions.

  You can customize the pages that direct your end users to suit the needs of your business.
