Remove Document Links

You can remove links from an unpublished knowledge document, such as a parent-child relationship. If the document is already published, open the document in edit or rework mode to remove document links.

To remove a document link

  1. Open the knowledge document.

    The document appears.

  2. Click Edit.

    The Update Document page appears.

  3. Select the Related Knowledge tab.

    The Categories page appears.

  4. Navigate to the Document Links pane.
  5. Select option Remove this Link from context menu so as to remove the link.

    The document links are removed.
