CA Cohesion ACM provides a facility for scheduling recurring reports. You can use this facility to simplify the process of keeping the CMDB synchronized with the data in the CA Cohesion ACM MDR. Common errors such as invalid password (due to password change or expiration) can prevent successful importation of data. To be notified of any errors that can occur during background data execution of the data import, enable the Notification option in the CA CMDB Export report in CA Cohesion ACM. An email will be sent to you that reports when an import error occurs. If you run the Cohesion report in the background as a scheduled task, we recommend that you enable the Notification option.
