View Ambiguous CIs from the Scoreboard

After you run the cmdb_update_ambiguity utility, you can view and manage Ambiguous CIs from the Scoreboard.

To view ambiguous CIs from the Scoreboard

  1. If you are in the CA SDM Scoreboard, expand the CMDB folder.
  2. Browse to Reconciliation Management, Ambiguous CIs and click one of the following:

    The list of ambiguous CIs that have an index greater than 0 (zero) displays.

    Note: When you click Clear Filter in the Ambiguous CI List page or Ambiguous CI Transaction List page, it does not flush the Additional Search Arguments field (ambiguity > 0).
