View Configuration Items

The Scoreboard lets you open a configuration item and view information about it.

To open and view a configuration item

  1. From the Scoreboard, click Search, Configuration Items.

    The Configuration Item Search pane appears.

  2. Enter search criteria, and click Search.

    The Configuration Item List appears and lists the search results.

  3. (Optional) Click a configuration item in the Name column to open it and view its detailed information.

    Configuration item details appear.

Note: After you create a CI, the CI Detail page does not display some identifying attributes if they are blank (have no value) and do not apply to the CI family. However, identifying attributes with non-blank values always display.
