Symptom:
When I create some data in CA SDM, those updates in CA SDM will not reflect immediately in CA Open Space.
Solution:
No solution. (Administrator has to wait for 60 minutes to get the updated records from CA SDM).
For example, in CA Open Space, if create request form is configured with affected services field, then this field will get the updated CI from CA SDM only after 60 minutes.
