Before you can forward alert details to CA SDM to create requests, you implement CA SDM Integration.
Note: For more information, see the CA Common Services for z/OS Installation Guide.
Do not forward any alerts to CA SDM until integration is completely and correctly implemented; otherwise, all alert forwarding requests to CA SDM fail.
