LOGON TERM4
TERMINAL TERM4 LOGON ACCEPTED
Return code:
  0 - Normal completion.
  4 - No terminals logged on (LOGON ALL).
    - virtual terminal is not defined.
    - virtual terminal is disabled.
    - virtual terminal is already logged on.
 12 - LOGON command failed.
