The OSFDORM parameter determines, in seconds, how long OSF TSO servers can remain dormant before they are automatically terminated. This parameter takes effect only if the number of active OSF TSO servers is greater than the value of the OSFMIN parameter. This parameter then decrements the servers one per OSFDORM dormant period.
