Request General Resource Data

To request general resource information, use this form of OPSECURE:

var = OPSECURE('R',resourceclass,resourcename,requestcode,logoption)

The logoption keyword accepts two values:

• ‘L’ allows logging of failed requests and overrides a value of the global SECURITYLOG parameter.
• ‘N’ disables logging of failed requests and overrides a value of the global SECURITYLOG parameter.

If the logoption parameter is omitted then the global SECURITYLOG parameter is effective.

Logging of these requests always occurs outside the rule environment unless the OPS/REXX compiler has APF authority.
