Retrieve a Logon ID Field

To fetch the value of a logon ID field, use this form of the OPSECURE function:

var = OPSECURE('F','fieldname')

This OPSECURE call is not valid for RACF or CA Top Secret systems.

Note: For more information about valid field names, see the appropriate CA ACF2 guide. Alternatively, display a list of valid field names by issuing the TSO command ACF and typing this text:

HELP FIELDS

Your data center may have defined extra fields that are not listed in either the HELP or CA ACF2 guides, which you can retrieve too.
